Senior Advisor — Retained

I work on retainer with PE firms, private credit platforms, middle-market companies, and family offices. Arrangements are non-exclusive and provide sustained creative and contrarian advice, deal origination and execution, and board-level judgment — typically 20–30% of my time. Compensation: cash retainer plus equity participation.

Board Member

I bring novel insights, contrarian analysis, international business experience, and strategic discipline to governance roles. I currently serve on the board of Employbridge (Apollo Global Management). Compensation: cash retainer plus equity.

Consulting — Short Sprints

Focused 30–90 day engagements with a defined deliverable. Examples: a strategic blind-spot audit, a capital structure review ahead of a financing event, a market entry playbook. These are not open-ended advisory relationships — they are targeted interventions with a specific output and a fixed fee.
